Best and worst neighborhoods in Washington

Hey, I'm retired and Median household income is $94,015, which feels pretty solid for the area. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up.

As someone who grew up here, it's exactly what I was looking for. A lot has changed in the past few years though. housing market used to be much manageable but now it's hit or miss.
