Not sure if this has been asked before, but We're a young couple and Homes are going for about $511,100 on average. The median home value here is around $511,100, which is pretty steep. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
