Moving to Washington -what should I know?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but We're a young couple and Homes are going for about $511,100 on average. The median home value here is around $511,100, which is pretty steep. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it exceeded my expectations. Internet is solid in most areas.

Bought a house here in 2020 and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Property values have gone about the same since then.

Used to live on the Lakewood side, now on the Pine Hills side. Completely different vibe. it was the best decision I ever made.
