The good and bad of living in Washougal

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a 48-year-old mechanic and Homes are going for about $492,100 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

I work in consulting here and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The job market for my field is better than expected. Hope this helps!.

The food scene here is better than expected. Tons of great Asian places. it was the best decision I ever made.

We moved here with our family and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Schools in Sunset area are pretty good. Kids love it here.
