Co-working spaces in Watauga?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I work in education and Homes are going for about $233,400 on average. Household incomes average around $91,669 in Watauga. The weather takes some getting used to. What do you all think? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Bought a house here in 2017 and it's exactly what I was looking for. Property values have gone up a bit since then.
