Just moved here 2 months ago and Poverty rate is 8.5%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

I work in engineering here and it's improved dramatically in recent years. The job market for my field is pretty good. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. the quality of life is solid. Compared to Denver it's average.

I'm a physical therapist and I've found there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The community is decent and there's always something going on.

Came here for family and stayed because it was the best decision I ever made. The safety is honestly better than expected and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem tough.
I've been here 1 years and I genuinely enjoy living here. The thing nobody mentions is community vibe. It's manageable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the cost of living is legit. And if you're into fishing, this place is average.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Downtown side vs the Cedar Grove side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
