Studio apartments in Waterloo -options?

I've been here for 2 years and It's a a smaller city city with about 66,947 people. Homes are going for about $150,200 on average. Poverty rate is 11.5%, which is around average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Pros:
- Great weather
- Diverse community
- Strong sense of community
- Good airport connections

Cons:
- Traffic can be terrible
- Cold winters
- Sprawl everywhere
- High property taxes
- Far from major airports
What would you do? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
