Hey folks, I'm single, late 40s, and Homes are going for about $219,100 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What do you all think? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
