So, I'm a 33-year-old restaurant manager and Poverty rate is 14.5%, which is around average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Does this match your experience? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
