Just moved to Watertown, any tips?

Hey everyone, Poverty rate is 13.4%, which is around average. The unemployment rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 46--F, so expect cold winters. You can expect to pay around $933 for rent here. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. Does this match your experience? Appreciate any input. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Hot take but there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. I know a lot of people disagree but after 1 years here, that's my honest assessment.

I work in consulting here and it was the best decision I ever made. The job market for my field is solid. Feel free to reach out with questions..
