Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm originally from Tampa and With a population of 22,859, Watertown is a small town. Homes are going for about $212,300 on average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Is this normal for Watertown? The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
