Curious what people think. Just moved here 18 months ago and Homes are going for about $173,700 on average. The median home value here is around $173,700, which is actually reasonable. You can expect to pay around $957 for rent here. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Thanks! I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
