Is Waterville a good place to live?
OK so I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Household incomes average around $47,489 in Waterville. Rent is about $957/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Any help is appreciated. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
