Moving to Waterville with kids -good idea?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Median household income is $47,489, which feels on the lower side for the area. Anyone in a similar situation?

Bought a house here in 2019 and it exceeded my expectations. Property values have gone up a bit since then.
