I'm a college student here and Household incomes average around $88,351 in Watford City. It's a a small town city with about 6,016 people. With a population of 6,016, Watford City is a small town. Rent is about $1,210/month for a decent place. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What do you all think? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
