Is public transit usable in Watford City?

I work in manufacturing and You can expect to pay around $1,210 for rent here. Rent is about $1,210/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $88,351 in Watford City. Poverty rate is 8.9%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. Would love some local perspective. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem decent.

I've been here 13 years and it's not perfect but it works for me. The thing nobody mentions is cost of living. It's wild and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the dating scene is legit. And if you're into camping, this place is pretty good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Pine Hills side vs the Cedar Grove side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Feel free to reach out with questions..
