Watford City housing prices -when will it stop?

Curious what people think. Military spouse here. Crime rate is something to consider -Watford City sits at 494.8 per 100K. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What neighborhoods would you suggest? I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Public transit is underrated here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I genuinely enjoy living here.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it exceeded my expectations. Good luck with whatever you decide..
