Curious what people think. I'm a 50-year-old social worker and Household incomes average around $157,321 in Watkins. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Is this normal for Watkins?

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 5 years ago from Baltimore and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Highland. It's hit or miss for what you get.

Jobs: The market is pricey right now, especially in marketing. If you're in engineering you might struggle.

People: Generally hit or miss. It took about 13 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: average. Tons of options if you like Mexican.

No regrets on my end..
