Best areas to explore in Watsessing?

I've been here for 4 years and Median household income is $94,301, which feels pretty solid for the area. Average temperature is around 55--F, so expect cold winters. It's a a small town city with about 7,944 people. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Thoughts? Thanks! The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

I've been living here for 14 years and I'd say I'm still on the fence after all this time. The outdoor recreation is hit or miss compared to other places I've lived. Overall It's not for everyone but it works for us..

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 11 years ago from Houston and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Midtown. It's decent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is established right now, especially in engineering. If you're in marketing you might struggle.

People: Generally underrated. It took about 14 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: improving. Tons of options if you like Italian.

No regrets on my end..

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are solid, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Weather-wise, the summers are average and winters are reasonable. You get used to it after the first year.
