Best and worst neighborhoods in Watsonville

Poverty rate is 12.8%, which is around average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Public transit is improving here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I genuinely enjoy living here.

We moved here with our family and it was the best decision I ever made. Schools in Maple Ridge area are average. Kids love it here.
