Hey, My partner and I are The median home value here is around $657,700, which is pretty steep. Homes are going for about $657,700 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What do you all think?

I've been living here for 12 years and I'd say it's exactly what I was looking for. The pet-friendliness is average compared to other places I've lived. Overall Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem average.

I've been here 6 years and it's not perfect but it works for me. The thing nobody mentions is safety. It's growing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the traffic is legit. And if you're into kayaking, this place is average.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Highland side vs the Riverside side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
