Not sure if this has been asked before, but Homes are going for about $657,700 on average. Median household income is $74,785, which feels about average for the area. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Should I be concerned? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
