Been meaning to ask this. I relocated for work and Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. It's a a small town city with about 14,010 people. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I wrong here? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development.
