Is Wauconda worth moving to in 2026?

Curious what people think. Rent is about $1,304/month for a decent place. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Weather-wise, the summers are pretty good and winters are stable. You get used to it after the first year.
