Hey folks, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Median household income is $112,438, which feels pretty solid for the area. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Thanks for reading. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
