Hey folks, Been living here since 2021. It's a a smaller city city with about 26,974 people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Any advice would be great. Thanks for reading. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
