Curious what people think. I grew up here but left for a while. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What do you all think? Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
