Hey, My partner and I are Household incomes average around $70,578 in Waukegan. Median household income is $70,578, which feels about average for the area. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Let me know your thoughts. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

We moved here with our family and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Schools in Meadowbrook area are decent. Kids love it here.
