Best hidden gems in Waunakee

I'm a nurse at the local hospital and It's a a small town city with about 14,927 people. Homes are going for about $490,300 on average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Would love some local perspective.

Bought a house here in 2016 and it's not perfect but it works for me. Property values have gone about the same since then.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Good luck with whatever you decide..
