Waunakee is underrated, change my mind

Random thought, The median home value here is around $490,300, which is pretty steep. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

As someone who grew up here, I genuinely enjoy living here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cost of living used to be much growing but now it's better than expected.
