Waunakee vs Miami -which is better?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Poverty rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $490,300 on average. The median home value here is around $490,300, which is pretty steep. The unemployment rate is 1.0%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 14,927 people. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Pros:
- Diverse community
- Lots of new development
- Good airport connections

Cons:
- Hot summers
- High property taxes
- Boring for young people
Does this match your experience? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
