Been meaning to ask this. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and It's a a small town city with about 11,244 people. Median household income is $66,931, which feels about average for the area. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Would love some local perspective. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
