Starting a business in Waupun?

Longtime lurker here, Rent is about $830/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 1.6%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Waupun sits at 26.5 per 100K. Median household income is $66,931, which feels about average for the area. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Thoughts? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Used to live on the Highland side, now on the Downtown side. Completely different vibe. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.
