Life in Wauseon as a young professional

So, I'm originally from Salt Lake City and The median home value here is around $143,400, which is actually reasonable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Moved here from Atlanta about 15 years ago. it's not perfect but it works for me. Still getting used to cost of living but Definitely worth checking out..
