OK so My family moved here when I was a kid. The unemployment rate is 1.4%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Anyone in a similar situation? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
