Cheapest neighborhoods in Wauwatosa?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I relocated for work and With a population of 47,718, Wauwatosa is a smaller city. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Used to live on the Lakewood side, now on the Springfield side. Completely different vibe. it exceeded my expectations.

I'm a chef and I've found I genuinely enjoy living here. The community is excellent and there's always something going on.
