Not sure if this has been asked before, but I work in manufacturing and Rent is about $1,125/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,125 for rent here. With a population of 23,301, Waverly is a small town. Household incomes average around $75,868 in Waverly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What are your go-to spots? Any help is appreciated.
