So, My family moved here when I was a kid. Poverty rate is 6.9%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 49--F, so expect cold winters. The unemployment rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
