Hey, I'm a college student here and Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. With a population of 43,591, Waxahachie is a smaller city. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What would you do? The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
