Best areas to explore in Waxhaw?

Alright, I grew up here but left for a while. Rent is about $1,770/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 21,565 people. You can expect to pay around $1,770 for rent here. The median home value here is around $506,300, which is pretty steep. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. TIA! I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
