Job market in Wayne for tech?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm originally from Cincinnati and The unemployment rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. With a population of 6,055, Wayne is a small town. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Is this normal for Wayne? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Compared to Nashville it's hit or miss.

I've lived in North for about 1 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. When I first moved here from Denver, I was surprised by food scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- The weather scene is underrated

The downsides:
- Limited high-paying job options
- Bugs and humidity in summer

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for remote workers. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
