With a population of 3,868, Waynesburg is a small town. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $148,900 on average. Rent is about $760/month for a decent place. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Should I be concerned? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
