Day-to-day life in Waynesville, OH

I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. You can expect to pay around $892 for rent here. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Bought a house here in 2020 and it's been a really good experience overall. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
