Anyone else feel this way? I grew up here but left for a while. It's a a small town city with about 1,339 people. The unemployment rate is 4.8%, which is about average. Crime rate is something to consider -Webberville sits at 101.5 per 100K. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Let me know your thoughts. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to.
