Webster Groves is underrated, change my mind
Random thought, We have two kids and Homes are going for about $371,400 on average. Poverty rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,628/month for a decent place. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Am I overthinking this? Thanks for reading. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development.
