Hey, Born and raised here. Poverty rate is 14.8%, which is around average. Homes are going for about $303,900 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Looking forward to hearing from you all. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
