Is Webster a good place to live?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a remote worker and The median home value here is around $195,800, which is actually reasonable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What do you all think?

Used to live on the Highland side, now on the Cedar Grove side. Completely different vibe. I genuinely enjoy living here.
