Hey everyone, With a population of 12,283, Webster is a small town. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. Has anyone dealt with this? The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
