How much do you pay for rent in Webster?

Longtime lurker here, Been living here since 2005. Crime rate is something to consider -Webster sits at 252.3 per 100K. Average temperature is around 71--F, so it's warm year-round. Rent is about $1,316/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $62,536 in Webster. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Any advice would be great. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I've lived in Uptown for about 2 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I have mixed feelings honestly. When I first moved here from Charlotte, I was surprised by walkability. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Lots of new development happening
- The school system scene is excellent

The downsides:
- Limited shopping options
- Limited entertainment options

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for couples. Good luck with whatever you decide..

I work in legal here and I genuinely enjoy living here. The job market for my field is decent. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
