Hi all, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Homes are going for about $284,900 on average. Median household income is $62,536, which feels about average for the area. Average temperature is around 71--F, so it's warm year-round. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Would love some local perspective. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
