Hello, I'm a 37-year-old writer and Average temperature is around 71--F, so it's warm year-round. Crime rate is something to consider -Webster sits at 252.3 per 100K. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. Has anyone dealt with this? TIA! Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
